Love Island 2021 star Shannon Singh has been dumped from the villa in a shock eviction following a surprise Chloe Burrows twist.
Chloe was tasked with picking one of the boys and chose Aaaron Francis, meaning Shannon was sent home.
Chloe had no idea she would be sending Shannon home by coupling up with Aaron, and gasped as the news was confirmed.
It’s the most brutal start to a series ever – especially as single islanders are usually given a chance to steal back a partner before leaving the villa.
Fans were speculating ahead of the episode about who could be leaving – and a few correctly predicted it would be Shannon.
Kaz Kamwi, Faye Winter, Liberty Poole and Sharon Gaffka successfully avoided the chop.
It means Liberty is currently coupled with Jake Cornish, Kaz with Toby Aromolaran, Sharon with Hugo Hammond, Faye with Brad McClelland and Chloe with Aaron.
Shannon, who is a 22-year-old model from Fife, becomes the islander who has spent the shortest time ever in the villa.
Speaking about her decision to join the show before the series began, she said ‘It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity. If you’re lucky enough to participate in the show, why would you not?
She also said she’s ‘hopefully [going to] meet an exciting hunk,’ adding: ‘I don’t feed off looks, I feed off energy, I need someone with personality. Just someone I can have fun with.
‘If he’s a handsome hunk but it’s like talking to a brick wall and I’d rather watch paint dry, it’s not going to be great.’
